Sussex Stamps is a young philatelic and postal history company, formed in 2013 by Robert Bryden (PTS). Sussex Stamps offers a variety of collections and single items, specialising in the unusual and often hard to find, reflecting Robert’s own eclectic taste for the elusive in the world of philately.
While holding a keen interest in early Afghanistan and Liberia, citing the opportunity of studying the original correspondence of the ‘The Afghan Campaign 1841-43 The Letters Of Captain William Riddell’ letters, as one of the major developments (and highlight) of his philatelic career, Robert has continued to focus his study and interest in Afghanistan, as well as his other great philatelic love which are early Liberian stamps and postal history.
Robert’s passion for stamps is the engine that drives the company. The primary goals of Sussex Stamps are customer satisfaction and long term relationships.
